The winners of the 13th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, from job and recruiting site Glassdoor, are determined based on anonymous feedback employees, who complete a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the past year. (Bain & Company claimed the top spot.)
The winners are ranked according to their overall rating achieved during the past year. The ratings are based on a five-point scale, with 5.0 being highest, or “very satisfied.” (The actual calculations extend beyond the thousandth decimal place.)
