Professional advancement and building a successful loss prevention career can mean many things to many different people, and there are many different ways to evaluate our career vision and professional aspirations. But what is most important is that we find the path that fits us best. Whatever our professional goals and aspirations might be; whatever skills and experiences have helped forge our personal loss prevention career path, we have to find and seize the opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.

Mike Connor is now digital integrity: cyber fraud, ediscovery and legal services lead at Costco Wholesale.

Joseph Evans, CFI, LPC is now a regional asset protection manager at Dollar General.

Melissa Opp was promoted to senior manager, ecommerce and investigations at PetSmart.

Gelila Martinsen is now a senior area loss prevention manager at Ross Stores.

Kierren Darke, CFE is now head of loss prevention at PUMA Group (Germany).

Daniel Oliveira is now a loss prevention supervisor at Rede Supermarket (Brazil).

Robert Leonard was promoted to senior manager of loss prevention and business continuity at Refuel Operating Company.

Mallori Warren is now senior manager, security threat management at Walmart.

Derrick Young, Sr. is now a regional loss prevention manager, supply chain at Michaels Stores.

Caitlin Moore is now a loss prevention coordinator at Lovisa.

Justin Brown was promoted to associate director of global investigations at HelloFresh.

Tony Duenez is now a district asset protection manager at The Home Depot.

Nick Schenk was promoted to senior program manager, global security services at Amazon.
