Professional advancement and building a successful loss prevention career can mean many things to many different people, and there are many different ways to evaluate our career vision and professional aspirations. But what is most important is that we find the path that fits us best. Whatever our professional goals and aspirations might be; whatever skills and experiences have helped forge our personal loss prevention career path, we have to find and seize the opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.

Tom Kilgallon was promoted to senior vice president at Saks Global.

Carlos Gonzalez, LPC is now senior manager of global investigations at Walmart.

Ashley Simmons, CFE is now a senior investigative analyst at Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Ivan Chavarria is now an asset protection partner at SEPHORA.

Vanessa Rodriguez is now a field manager safe and secure at Carvana.

Edward Beshada was promoted to field manager, safe and secure at Carvana.

Harumy Villeda was promoted to senior asset protection specialist, México and Central América at Walmart (México).

Darren Johnson, CFI was promoted to corporate asset protection supply chain specialist at Best Buy.

Alison Orlic was promoted to regional asset protection director at Lowe’s Companies.

Matthew Linden was promoted to regional loss prevention business partner at MINISO USA.

Thomas McDonald was promoted to assets protection business partner at Target.

Ruben Berroa is now a district assets protection manager at Burlington Stores.

David Czikray is now a district asset protection manager at The Home Depot.

Brandon Decker was promoted to regional director of asset protection at Bloomingdale’s.

Tammy Mellies is now a regional asset protection manager at NAPA Auto Parts.

Solomon Mayo Jr. is now a district asset protection manager at Lowe’s Companies.

José Augusto Neto is now senior program manager, security and loss prevention at Amazon (Brazil).
