Professional advancement and building a successful loss prevention career can mean many things to many different people, and there are many different ways to evaluate our career vision and professional aspirations. But what is most important is that we find the path that fits us best. Whatever our professional goals and aspirations might be; whatever skills and experiences have helped forge our personal loss prevention career path, we have to find and seize the opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.

Amelia Kani was promoted to head of investigations – Americas at TikTok.

Robert Ruiz, CFI was promoted to vice president of loss prevention at SEPHORA.

Fabio Pasquatto Stein is now a loss prevention senior analyst at Mercado Livre Brazil).

Kartikey Bhavsar TAPA – FSR, is now a cluster security and loss prevention manager at Zepto (India).

Flavio Cruz is now a market intelligence manager at Popular Pet (Brazil).

Ashley Landry was promoted to regional ethics and compliance director at Walmart.

Hakan Ozalp, CPP, CFE is now corporate security manager at Kenvue (Turkey).

Nick Schenk was promoted to senior program manager, security services management at Amazon.

William Lehman, CFI is now a district asset protection manager at The Home Depot.

Ashlea Lewis is now national crime manager at MYER (Australia).

Cheyne Collins CCII, CORCI, CEFI is now director of supply chain and technology at West Egg Security.

Jessie Silliman was promoted to manager of asset protraction systems and programs at Southeastern Grocers.

Maya Jackson is now director of business continuity and crisis management at VF Corporation.

Tiffany Hallworth, CFI is now a regional loss prevention manager at Sally Beauty.
