Robert LaCommare, CFI, is vice president of asset protection at Dollar Tree. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has held leadership positions at Big Lots, Ascena Retail Group, Justice Retail, Limited Too, and Limited Brands. He is active throughout the loss prevention community, currently serving as a member of the NRF, RILA, LPF, and LPRC Leadership Councils.

 

Melissa Wacha

Melissa Wacha, LPQ, is currently the director of asset protection operations and investigations at Meijer. With a diverse background in asset protection, safety, and risk, she has served the industry for more than 20 years in various leadership positions. Melissa is a member of The Loss Prevention Foundation’s Advisory Council and a recipient of LP Magazine’s Magpie Award for excellence in leadership.

Seth Hughes

Seth Hughes, LPC, is currently the divisional vice president of asset protection and risk management at REI. Serving the retail loss prevention community for more than 20 years, Seth has held various leadership positions with Target, Walgreens, and REI. Seth has also served the industry as an Editorial Board Member for LP Magazine and a member of RILA’s Asset Protection Leaders Counsel. He was also previously the deputy director of the Cook County Regional Organized Crime (CCROC) Task Force.
