30-year-old Joseph Kelly was recognized by a loss prevention employee the moment he entered a Home Depot on August 15 as a habitual thief, according to an arrest affidavit.
The Home Depot employee told Kelly he recognized him and proceeded to followed Kelly through the store. After several minutes, Kelly left the store and got into his car.
