SenTech EAS has announced major expansion of its business with the asset acquisition of Europa Metal Fabricators, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL.

Spagna, president and CEO of SenTech EAS. “Our combined management, sales, and engineering team with decades of experience will carry on his legacy and build on the long-term success achieved by Europa Metal Fabricators. We will also increase investments in product development and capital equipment to further expand our manufacturing capability.”
The acquisition will be renamed Europa Manufacturing, Inc. and will operate as an independent division of SenTech EAS Corporation located in Boca Raton, FL. David Vanderpol, who oversees national accounts at SenTech EAS, will also lead the sales and market expansion for Europa Manufacturing.
