Pharmacy Employee Charged with Stealing Pills from Patient’s Bottles

An Horry County Walgreens employee is accused of taking prescription drugs from the pharmacy and patient pill bottles, according to a warrant.

Melissa Miranda, 33, was charged with theft of controlled substances by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. She was booked into the J.
