Guilty Plea for Cashier Who Stole Credit Card Numbers from Customers

A woman accused of stealing credit card information from customers checking out at a local Kohl’s department store has pleaded guilty to aiding fraud and theft. Niakia Baker had been scheduled for her next court appearance on Thursday. However, records reviewed by Fort Wayne’s NBC show she agreed to the plea deal last week.

Baker admitted to two felony counts in the deal. The agreement calls for a sentence of one year in jail, with another year-and-a-half suspended. Documents suggest the Court may also impose a fine and Court costs it deems proper… Fort Wayne’s NBC
