Duo Face Felony Charges in Shoplifting

In Pennsylvania, two Carbon County women, working together and separately, face numerous charges in shoplifting cases from across the Lehigh Valley, court records and police say.

Paige Makenzie Kromer, 21, and Nicole Marie Bollinger, 31, both of Palmerton, are in jail but have yet to work their way through arraignments on all the charges they face, police said.

Kromer’s most recent bail, in a Palmer Township case, was set at $50,000 on four felony counts after she was arrested by township police on October 30. Kromer faces two counts of retail theft and two counts of conspiracy in that case. Bollinger faces the same charges, but her bail was set at 10 percent of $15,000 when she was arraigned October 22, records show.
