Federal investigators believe two men nabbed locally in a massive credit card fraud operation were working on behalf of another man known only as “Russian.”
Thenor Junior Moller, 25, of Miramar, Florida, and Dorleus Wilgeums, 28, of Miami, already face numerous state charges after police said they attempted to make numerous gift card purchases with illegally obtained credit cards at local Walmart stores.
