A loss prevention employee at the Albertsons store on Boulder Highway was arrested on July 19 for allegedly sexually assaulting a teen he had accused of shoplifting. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan police, 26-year-old Dominic Miller accused the victim of shoplifting on July 7. He then told the victim that they needed to fill out paperwork and threatened to call the police if the victim did not comply.
Police said that the victim left their parent and went into a secluded room at the store with Miller. Miller allegedly threatened the victim again in that room, saying that if they did not cooperate, he would call the police. He then allegedly sexually assaulted the teen, brought him or her back to their parent, and told both to leave the store and not come back. Miller was arrested on July 19 and booked at the Clark County Detention Center on two counts of sexual assault. According to a statement from Albertsons… The Legal Herald
