ThinkLP has promoted Tony Sheppard, MSM, CFI, LPC to senior director of loss prevention solutions. Since joining ThinkLP in 2021, Sheppard has brought valuable insights to advance ThinkLP’s loss prevention solutions with a focus on organized retail crime (ORC) and has been essential to the company’s growth and success.
In his new role, Sheppard will leverage his deep practitioner expertise to:
- Identify, communicate, and advocate for new and developing ThinkLP products and solutions;
- Assist in supporting client success through solution mapping and business reviews; and
- Support the industry through collaboration and training efforts.
Sheppard has more than 28 years of retail loss prevention experience with a focus for the last several years on organized retail crime. His guidance and expertise in combating ORC working in retail as well as with law enforcement has brought valuable insights to ThinkLP
