Suspect Arrested after Robbing Store; Returns Next Day to Shoplift

A man was arrested Sunday after robbing and later shoplifting from a Walgreens in Akron (Ohio), according to Akron police.

Officers responded to the Walgreens in the 300 block of Canton Road around 6:40 PM after receiving a report of shoplifting, according to police. An employee noticed the shoplifter and told police he resembled the man who had robbed the store the day before.

Once on scene, officers observed 55-year-old Jeffrey Crimaldi removing unpaid merchandise from his pockets. Officers then arrested and interviewed Crimaldi, who admitted he was the man who robbed that Walgreens location the day before, police said. Crimaldi was taken to the Summit County Jail on theft and robbery charges…  ABC News5
