Shoplifting Suspicion Leads to Arrest of Armed Felon

An armed felon was arrested in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Friday, two weeks after police here began looking for him after he was observed shoplifting from a gas station, police said Monday.

On June 5, an officer parked near 27th and W streets watched as 30-year-old Jamar Wells, a transient originally from Oklahoma, walked into a convenience store with a backpack.
