A 20-year-old Detroit (Michigan) man reportedly head-butted a police officer after being arrested on suspicion of shoplifting recently… and then complained of a head injury.
The Bloomfield Township Police Department reports that Ray-Quan Watts was evaluated at an area hospital and medically cleared for lock-up in the Oakland County Jail, where he remains on a $250,000 cash bond.
