Scott Springer, CFI has been named Director of Loss Prevention at Michaels Stores, Inc. Scott was previously Divisional Director of Loss Prevention at Dollar General. Scott began his 26-year career in loss prevention with Target Stores before moving to Gap Inc. as a Loss Prevention Manager, where he progressed to Area Investigator, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Zone Director of Loss Prevention, and Operations Manager, Loss Prevention before moving to Dollar General in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Private Security from St. Cloud State University.
