After almost two years of meeting virtually, the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA)’s annual conference, LINK2022: The Retail Supply Chain Conference, will meet in-person Feb. 20-23, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.
This will be right on the heels of a holiday season unlike any other, and amidst federal investments in the nation’s infrastructure, setting the scene for problem solving, knowledge sharing, and benchmarking opportunities among industry experts and peers.
“We are so thrilled to welcome retail supply chain executives and practitioners back in person this February,” said RILA Vice President of Supply Chain Jess Dankert. “The challenges retailers have had to navigate from shore to shelf over the last almost two years now, will leave no shortage of things to discuss. We’re confident this year’s program will be one of our best yet and certainly one not to miss.”
This year’s program will feature sessions covering themes within the supply chain context, including automation; omnichannel and end-to-end supply chain; distribution, fulfillment, and last mile; sustainability and ESG; transportation and logistics; and workforce/talent.
Featured speakers include Signet Jewelers CEO Virginia Drosos, IKEA North America Chief Supply Chain Officer Tanja Dysli, and ULTA Beauty Chief Supply Chain Officer Amiee Thomas.
