Rick Peck, VP, Loss Prevention Director, T.J.Maxx, has been promoted to the role of SVP, Director of Loss Prevention at Marmaxx, and will be transitioning to this role through October 1.
Rick has steadily progressed in his career since joining the T.J.Maxx organization in 1999 as a District Loss Prevention Manager. In 2002, he was promoted to Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and held that position at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and AJ Wright before being promoted to AVP, Loss Prevention Director at AJ Wright in 2008. Rick was promoted to VP, Loss Prevention Director at AJ Wright in 2010 before returning to Marmaxx as AVP, Loss Prevention Director for Distribution Services, in 2011. In 2013, Rick became AVP, Loss Prevention Director for Technology & Analytics for Marmaxx, and was promoted to his current role of VP, Loss Prevention Director for T.J.Maxx, in 2015.
Rick is an innovative leader with strong business vision and a focus on developing talent. His deep field knowledge and diverse experience across divisions and functions within Loss Prevention has enabled his growth as a strategic partner to the business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University Boston, Massachusetts.
