Rhett Asher has been named Director of Business Development for CONTROLTEK USA. Asher, former Vice President of Asset Protection, Data Security & Crisis Management for the Food Marketing Institute, brings more than 30 years of retail store operations and trade association experience. Asher has previously served as Vice President of Loss Prevention for the National Retail Federation, Retail Industry Leaders Association, and the Loss Prevention Foundation. He also served as Executive Director with the National Food Service Security Council. Rhett also previously held retail operations roles with Best Products, Herman’s World of Sporting Goods, CORT, the Advantage Group, Modell’s Sporting Goods, and Ross Stores over the course of his career.
