Despite the challenges we are all facing on a global level, March is a time of growth, rebirth, and new opportunities as witnessed by almost 100 loss prevention professionals taking the next step in their careers. You may have also noticed that “LP On the Move” has taken on more of an international tone as we announce career moves from across the globe, and you’ll see more of this in the coming months as we celebrate the accomplishments of our colleagues from all over the world.
Professional advancement and building a successful loss prevention career can mean many things to many different people. Yet while there are many different ways to evaluate our career vision and professional aspirations, what is most important is that we find the path that fits us best. Whatever our professional goals and aspirations might be; whatever skills and experiences have helped forge our personal loss prevention career path, we have to find and seize the opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.
