The flexibility of the program means recipients can continue to work as they pursue their degree, and is open to any applicant who resides in the U.S and works full-time or part-time for a retail or restaurant company, and meets additional eligibility criteria.

Hundreds of retail workers from companies across the United States apply to Dream BIG each year. The stories shared by applicants show that retail is more than just a job; it’s a fulfilling, challenging career path for those who work hard and want to achieve great things.

To apply for Dream BIG, you will need to submit three short essays, a current resume and a letter of recommendation per the application instructions. The three essays will include:

Essay 1: Dreaming BIG for my Retail Career

Essay 2: Why I Love Retail

Essay 3: My Biggest Inspiration

The scholarship program is open to applicants who reside in the U.S., meet eligibility criteria, and work full-time or part-time in the retail or restaurant industry, defined as a business that sells a product directly to consumers. For the complete list of Eligibility Requirements click here.
