Joseph Biffar, CFE, CFI was promoted to Director, Loss Prevention and Security for Chicos, FAS, Inc. Joe has held positions with increasing responsibility since joining Chico’s in 2008, starting as an LP Analyst, before moving to Corporate Loss Prevention Manager, and most recently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Loss Prevention and Security. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Philosophy from Florida State University.
