Joe Schrauder Promoted to Sr. Director of Asset Protection at Walmart

Joe Schrauder has been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Protection at Walmart. Joe has served with Walmart in both Operations and Asset Protection capacities, starting as a Store Manager before being promoted to Regional Asset Protection Manager in 2009. He then served as a Market Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland area, moved back into AP as the Director of Asset Protection for the Florida and Puerto Rico Division, and then to Director of Asset Protection for the Gulf Shores Division in August of 2014 prior to his current role.

Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, Wal-Mart Stores Inc. operates retail stores in various formats worldwide. The company operates through three segments: Walmart U.S., Walmart International, and Sam’s Club. It operates discount stores, supermarkets, supercenters, hypermarkets, warehouse clubs, restaurants, apparel stores, drug stores, and convenience stores, as well as various retail Websites, such as walmart.com and samsclub.com.
