Jennifer Kajzer has been named vice president of loss prevention with Dallas-based Michaels. Kajzer is the former asset protection senior director of operations at JCPenney and has held leadership roles in loss prevention, asset protection and operations with PetSmart, Kohl’s and Target. She holds a master’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Indiana University South Bend.
