The National Retail Federation (NRF) announced the annual Reverse Logistics Association Conference & Expo will become NRF Rev in 2026. The new event will bring together brands, manufacturers, and retail industry circularity leaders to learn about the latest strategies and tools around returns and reverse logistics. NRF Rev will be hosted at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York City from Jan. 11–12, in conjunction with NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show at the Javits Convention Center in New York City from Jan. 11–13.
“Returns and reverse logistics are an important component of the retail supply chain ecosystem, and consumer preferences around sustainable practices continue to grow,” NRF Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability and Executive Director of the Center for Retail Sustainability Scot Case said. “NRF Rev will provide retailers with the latest technology and resources to redefine their returns processes, increase customer loyalty, and support sustainability initiatives.”
The inaugural NRF Rev event will feature a selection of keynote sessions, interactive roundtables, networking events, and an expo with the latest reverse logistics technologies and solutions.
