Ian Hartman has been promoted to director of field loss prevention at Eddie Bauer. Hartman was previously a regional loss prevention manager for the retailer prior to his most recent promotion. He has held positions with increasing responsibility over the course of his 17+ years in loss prevention, to include positions as a district loss prevention manager with Gap Inc., flagship loss prevention manager with Banana Republic, senior loss prevention agent with Old Navy, asset protection officer with Mervyns, and loss prevention officer with Kroger.
