According to the National Retail Federation’s 2017 Organized Retail Crime Survey, over nine in 10 responding retailers said that they believe their companies have been the victim of ORC activity in the past year. More than 25 percent of respondents believe that ORC gangs are exhibiting much more aggression as well. Major stakeholders in the fight against organized retail crime agree that it’s a major problem that needs addressing.
