GIS is inviting retailers large and small to participate in their fifth annual Retail Industry Background Screening Benchmarking Survey. The survey is designed to help retailers understand how their background screening program compares to others in the industry. Though anyone can request the final survey report which summarizes the information, only those who participate get access to the raw data that helps them understand what type of screening program is being run by their closest competitors.
The survey, which takes only 15 minutes to complete, is available here and runs through April 30, 2017. In addition to receiving the raw data, participants are entered into a drawing to receive a prize as a small token of GIS’ appreciation for their time.
