Fraudster Racks up $74K in Credit Card Theft

A Branford, Connecticut, man has been arrested for allegedly using a victim’s credit card to make 420 purchases totaling more than $74,000. James Kozlowski, 43, of Pine Orchard Road, was charged with first-degree larceny, ID theft, credit card fraud and illegal use of a credit card.
