Police are looking for at least three young women who stormed into downtown retail stores and used pepper spray on guards while stealing clothing, Chicago police said.
The latest incident occurred about 6 p.m. Friday at Zara, 700 N. Michigan Ave., when three thieves used pepper spray on at least one security guard and ran out the door with clothes, police said.
