A Wendy’s manager reported June 25 that an employee had paid for food with a counterfeit $100 bill and slipped it under the register drawer.
When it was discovered, the employee was confronted and initially denied any theft, but refunded the money when shown video surveillance. The woman, 35, was fired and the manager was satisfied. The counterfeit bill was turned over to police… Cleveland.com
