Fast Food Employee Accused of Taking Customers’ Credit Cards

Deputies in Seminole County (Florida) said a former Wendy’s drive-thru worker was not only taking customers’ credit cards but their credit card information, as well. Deputies said Alexis Taylor had nearly a half-dozen victims, but they are not discounting that more people may have been taken as part of her scheme.

Investigators said Taylor took the customer’s credit cards as she worked the drive-thru window late at night at the restaurant off State Road 434, near Longwood. On several occasions in December, Taylor was keeping customers’ credit cards and then making unauthorized charges afterward, court documents show.

According to an arrest report, Taylor stole more than $2,000 from customers while working the late shift at Wendy’s. Taylor is facing 19 charges for her alleged spending spree. Deputies said… WFTV9 News
