Scott Glenn, JD, LPC, Vice President of Asset Protection, The Home Depot

Scott Glenn is vice president of asset protection for The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. He is responsible for the execution of all loss prevention, operational, physical security, life safety, and theft prevention programs across the enterprise, leading both the field and corporate staff. Scott joined The Home Depot in July 2018 having previously served as the corporate vice president of asset and profit protection and chief security officer with Sears Holdings Corporation. He began his career as an intern with the US Department of the Treasury then joining ATF as an analyst. Later, Glenn moved to Target’s asset protection team, where he served as an executive team leader. He then joined TJ Maxx as a regional investigator in 1996, managing ORC and high-level internal investigations. In 1998 he moved to Kohl’s Department Stores, earning roles of increasing responsibility within the organization. Scott is active throughout the loss prevention community, serving as an executive board member and treasurer with the Loss Prevention Foundation, editorial board member with LPM, and board member of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his Juris Doctorate in Law from Concord University School of Law.

Craig Greenberg

Craig Greenberg, Chief Commercial Officer, Gatekeeper Systems

Craig Greenberg is Chief Commercial Officer for Gatekeeper Systems, a global leader in loss prevention technology where he has been an executive team member for the last 20 years. He started his career in retail operations with American Stores where he cultivated an understanding of the day-to-day challenges and opportunities within retail environments. Before joining Gatekeeper Systems, Craig was introduced to the San Diego startup, Carttronics, and while there he successfully partnered with several retailers to adopt their cart loss prevention technology. In 2004, Craig transitioned to Gatekeeper Systems Inc., where he has focused on collaborating with key retail leaders to apply cart control technology to solving the fast-emerging problem of pushout theft. Craig has been instrumental in deploying Gatekeeper Systems’ cutting-edge solutions to improve safety and mitigate theft and loss while improving operational efficiency and profitability for retail partners around the globe. Craig joined the LPM’s Solution Partner Board in early 2024. Gatekeeper Systems is also a long-time sponsor of the Loss Prevention Foundation, and an INNOVATE Partner with the Loss Prevention Retail Counsel.
