Debra Martin has been named Director of Loss Prevention at The Fresh Market. Debra was the Director of Asset Protection – Safety and Compliance at Harris Teeter prior to accepting her new position. She has held a number of leadership positions over the course of her career, to include Senior Director of Global Security Operations, Interim VP of Global Security Operations, and Divisional Asset Protection Director for Walmart, VP of Asset Protection, Risk, & Safety for Raley’s, VP of Loss Prevention and Safety for The Home World – China, VP of Loss Prevention for Winn-Dixie, Corporate Loss Prevention Manager for Kirkland’s, and Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Value City Department Stores.
