A man and woman who police believe are responsible for 21 thefts of Valley Ulta, Sephora, and TJ Maxx stores have been arrested.
Court records show that DeShannon Montenegro and Albert Kelly committed 21 thefts of fragrances from Valley Ulta, Sephora, and TJ Maxx stores from December 2018 to June of 2019.
Police say in under one minute; the pair would enter a store with reusable shopping bags, fill them with fragrances, and walk out. Court records show the total value of the items stolen was nearly $32,000.
