C-Store Employee Arrested in $129K Theft of Lottery Tickets

Police say he later redeemed the winners at his place of employment

A convenience store employee in California was arrested Monday after the Fresno Police Department said he stole packets of lottery tickets worth more than $100,000.

On Tuesday, Detective Marty Lucero of the Financial Crimes Unit opened an investigation into the reported theft of California Lottery Tickets by an employee of the Fast & Easy #7 convenience store.
