Busted for Credit Card Fraud… Again

A Secaucus man has been arrested for credit card fraud for the second time in two months, authorities said.

Secaucus police received a report of unauthorized use of a credit card in the town on Feb. 16 and the investigation led to the arrest of Kendel Frazier, 30, on March 4, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

Frazier, who was arrested on similar charges in early January, was charged with credit card theft, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of identity theft, Miller said…  NJ.com
