Two women and two men from the Los Angeles area were arrested on suspicion of involvement in an organized theft ring that targeted more than 70 stores, authorities said.
Simi Valley police said they launched an investigation in late August after a theft ring victimized the CVS store in the 3900 block of Cochran Street, taking more than $1,000 worth of makeup, hair products and over-the-counter medications.
