Three people were arrested after being found with thousands of dollars worth of stolen items from outlet stores in Rehoboth Beach. Delaware State Police were sent to The North Face on Bayside Outlet Drive at about 4:58 PM Tuesday, after a witness saw a shoplifter, according to a news release.
Troopers ultimately arrested Reginald Willingham, 51, of Wilmington, Lavelle Comer, 25, of Wilmington, and Latifah Willinham, 31, of New Castle. Several trash bags were found in their vehicle, and the following merchandise was recovered:
- Under Armour: $771.90 worth of merchandise
- Calvin Klein: $70.00 worth of merchandise
- The Children’s Place: $532.45 worth of merchandise
- American Eagle: $967.25 worth of merchandise
- Carters: $760.00 worth of merchandise
- Michaels: $459.94 worth of merchandise
