A police chase in southeast Houston Monday ended with two women in custody. The women, accused of shoplifting at the H-E-B in Gulfgate, led police on a chase for several minutes before coming to a stop at Telephone Road and Wayside.
The chase started at approximately 3:30 PM after a loss prevention officer tried to stop the accused shoplifters. When the officer couldn’t get them stop, he flagged down a Precinct 6 deputy. The deputy tried to get the suspects to stop, but they kept going. When the chase came to an end, two women were taken into custody for evading arrest… KHOU*11 News
