Twin brothers are arrested and accused of committing over 70 convenience store thefts in Glendale and West Phoenix.
Phoenix police report that from August of 2018 until April 2019 Jorge Luna and his twin brother Alberto, age 20, were committing Circle K thefts about twice a week.
