Vancouver (Washington) Police and other local law enforcement agencies are asking for help to track down a serial shoplifter.
Surveillance photos released by VPD show an African-American man in his 20s, with a goatee, who’s suspected of stealing from at least 14 local stores in the last week or so. Police said the man has robbed stores in the same retail store chain, stealing fragrance merchandise. He has hit stores in Vancouver, Gresham, Portland and Hillsboro, threatening employees during at least two robberies, police say. Shoppers at the local stores think… KATU2 News
