Suspect Charged with Shoplifting, Fleeing, Pulling a Gun, and More

According to authorities, troopers were dispatched to the Walmart at 1251 Centerville Road in the Prices Corner area around 11:20 AM on Monday, January 20, 2020, for reports that Kaye L. Baltimore had shoplifted from the store.

Police said they located Baltimore in her Hyundai Elantra, and she turned over her ID with her address and admitted to stealing, but refused to exit her vehicle and fled the parking lot. Troopers said they then located her at her address listed on her ID in the Colonial Court Apartments at 1401 Maryland Avenue.

Police boxed in her vehicle, they said, at which point Baltimore began yelling at them from an open window that she wasn’t coming out and pointed a handgun at the trooper. The trooper… WDEL News
