Shoplifting Suspect Charged with Violating Governor’s Stay-at-Home Order

A 39-year-old Lorain (Ohio) man accused of shoplifting from an Avon Target also faces a criminal charge of violating the stay-at-home order declared due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Eric Bates is charged with theft, obstructing official business, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating governor’s order, a second-degree misdemeanor, according to a statement from Avon police…  Cleveland.com
