Edwin Saul has been promoted to Director, Asset Protection & Risk Management for CKE Restaurants. Edwin was previously Senior Manager of Asset Protection with CKE Restaurants. He began his loss prevention career at Burlington Coat Factory in 2003 where he served as the Lead of the Men’s Department and Loss Prevention, moving on to Pacific Sunwear as a Security Supervisor and then to Charlotte Russe as Manager of Asset Protection before joining CKE in 2012.
