4 New Members Join NRF Foundation Board

The NRF Foundation has announced four new additions to its board of directors. The new members were elected during the organization’s summer board meeting in New York City.

“We are honored to welcome this outstanding group of individuals to the NRF Foundation board. These leaders represent a wide range of roles across our dynamic industry, and exemplify the successful career paths that retail can offer,” said Adam Lukoskie, NRF Foundation executive director. “We are grateful for their expertise as we continue to strengthen the NRF Foundation’s impact on future industry leaders.”

The new board members are:

- Digital Partner -
  • Ronald Brown, vice president of community impact, Target
  • Tonya Hallett, vice president of people experience and technology, Amazon
  • Meghan Marr, LIM college graduate and 2023 NRF Foundation Next Generation top recipient
  • Penelope Sur, vice president of talent, Dick’s Sporting Goods

The NRF Foundation Board of Directors is chaired by Tony Spring, president of Macy’s, and chairman and CEO of Bloomingdale’s.
