A man accused of murdering a man in January was arraigned Friday on new charges related to trading shoplifted merchandise for drugs.
Officials allege Austin Keith Richardson, 24, of Adrian worked with others who would shoplift goods and gift cards from local stores in exchange for methamphetamine or money, according to a police statement in his latest Lenawee County District Court file.
