While January provides a chill across most of the country, it proved to be a hot month for approximately 60 of our loss prevention colleagues as they take another step forward in their professional careers.
Professional advancement and building a successful loss prevention career can mean many things to many different people. Yet while there are many different ways to evaluate our career vision and professional aspirations, what is most important is that we find the path that fits us best. We need to fashion and follow a professional development plan that leads us forward and builds our future. Whatever our professional goals and aspirations might be; whatever skills and experiences have helped forge our personal loss prevention career path, we have to find and seize the opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.
