Fast Food Employee Accused of Stealing Customers Identities for 3 Years

A Shreveport, Louisiana, McDonald’s employee has been stealing customers identities, at the restaurant, for over three years. 30-year-old Cody Wayne Lyell of Shreveport has been arrested and charged with 20 counts of Identity Theft. KTBS reports that Lyell was taking pictures of customers credits cards while serving them at the McDonald’s on North Market Street.

Police say he then used the cards to steal thousands of dollars from the victims. Lyell even used one of the victim’s identities to open a bank account. He then attempted to use checks to steal from the bank… 710KEEL News
